1. Go to the MN State Legislature page and find which legislative District you live in. That page is linked RIGHT HERE. By typing in your home street address, you will be given your State Representative and State Senate district numbers.

2 : Use THIS LINK to go to our EZ-Registration form and enter in your information, click "SUBMIT". Your registration will be sent to the ALMT Chair.

NOTE: When you finish the form and click submit, the form and you will be brought back to this website.
Please enter in the district number for both State Representative and State Senator, not the name of the legislator.
